What is SummerOS?

How does the SummerOS free trial work?
You get full access to all SummerOS features for 7 days—no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can choose a plan that fits your needs and activate your account. If you don’t subscribe, your account will be paused until you’re ready to upgrade.
What counts as an “active property”?
An active property is any listing that you’re actively managing and tracking within SummerOS through your PMS. You only pay for the properties you use—no flat fees or hidden charges.
Can I cancel anytime?
If you’re on a monthly plan, you can cancel before the upcoming month with no penalties. Annual plans are billed upfront but can be upgraded or adjusted as your portfolio changes.
